According to the source, Arshavin is unhappy in England and could force his departure from Arsenal, who signed him only 6 months ago for a fee of 15 million euros.

His agent, Dennis Lachter, thinks that “FC Barcelona must make a formal offer first, then we can sit down and talk,” said the agent for “Radio Com”.
