Hleb staying at FC Barcelona
FC Barcelona attacking midfielder and Belarus international will stay at Camp Nou for another season, claims the Catalan sports daily “Sport”.
Reportedly, FC Barcelona manager, Josep Guardiola, decided that the Belarus midfielder should be given another chance to prove his worth. The player is believed to be a personal choice of Pep Guardiola and because of his refine technique skills, the manager still hopes that Hleb will fit in Barca style of play.
Hleb`s agent, Uli Ferber, confirmed the news: “FC Barcelona are aware of the offers we had but Txiki Begiristain reassured us that Guardiola is counting on Hleb for the next season”.
